STOCK & SHIPPING

We work directly with manufacturers and gross sale suppliers to ensure the best competitive prices. We have items in stock in different countries across the world and we ship directly to your destination from the nearest available stock.

USA STOCK

Items labeled as ‘USA STOCK’ are in stock in USA and ship only to customers based in USA via USPS. Shipping time for these products is around 4-7 days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

‘International stock’ items are available to all visitors, including US. Items labeled as ‘International’ are in stock in various locations around the world (Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Australia, Russia, China, Japan, …). If the item is in stock in your country, we will ship it from there, otherwise the nearest (fastest) stock will be selected. In case of international shipping, you might be charged additional duties by your customs. Estimated delivery time for these products is around 10-25 days however,  depending on your location in some cases it might take a bit longer.

Your orders are usually processed in 1-3 days, however in rare cases it can take up to 7 days for processing to complete. After your order is processed the item will be shipped to your address and we will notify you by email where you will find the tracking number included.

If you purchase multiple items your order might be broken down to multiple parcels which might be shipped from different locations due to stock availability and logistics reasons. In case of international orders your order might be broken down to multiple parcels to avoid items being held by customs and to lower or dismiss the potential costs of customs duties.

We offer Free Shipping on all items worldwide, so your order end cost will not be affected by this procedure.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. In case you want to make a return, please contact us at contact@damascussteel.store and we will provide you with the return address.

You can request a refund or reshipment for any of the following reasons:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing).
  • If you received the wrong item.
  • If you received a faulty or broken item.
We can not offer refunds if:
  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Damascus Steel Store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Damascus Steel Store.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Paypal/bank account again.
Next, contact Paypal/your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@damascussteel.store and we will provide you with the return address.

Shipping
To return your product, you should e-mail us at contact@damascussteel.store and we will provide you with the return address.

Additional Information
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
