Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, we offer a return policy for your convenience. Please read the following information carefully before making a return.

Eligibility for Return

Our return policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you received your item, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If you want to make a return, please contact us at and we will provide you with the return address.

Reasons for Refund or Reshipment

You can request a refund or reshipment for any of the following reasons:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing).
  • If you received the wrong item.
  • If you received a faulty or broken item.

We cannot offer refunds if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Damascus Steel Store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Damascus Steel Store.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal/bank account again. Next, contact PayPal/your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will provide you with the return address.


To return your product, you should e-mail us at and we will provide you with the return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable parcel. Otherwise we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
