- The blade is made of 73 layers of steel with 10Cr15CoMoV core, which has similar properties as highly praised and expensive VG-10 steel.
- Blade length of 6.5-inch (168mm) and 2-inch (50mm) wide makes cutting area big enough for cutting and scooping of any vegetable.
- Hardness of HCR-60 lists this blade into the top preferred hardness range for knives. It allows sharpening at 12-15 degree angle making it razor-sharp.
- Expensive Dalbergia wood handle finishes off the knife perfectly and makes it a luxury item.
